– Gotowe – poinformowali muzycy. – Skończyliśmy ostatnie prace nad naszą kolejną płytą “Hardwired…To Self Destruct” i wchodzimy w następną fazę – wypuszczamy ją w świat. Budzimy potwora, jakim jest Metallica i ruszamy w drogę.
Dzieło ukaże się 18 listopada. Promuje je nagranie “Hardwired”, do którego teledysk można obejrzeć poniżej.
Muzycy poinformowali też o zmianach odnośnie edycji deluxe wydawnictwa. Na bonusowym krążku w miejsce “Riff Origins” pojawią się covery, alternatywne wersja utworów i nagrania koncertowe.
Materiał powstawał w składzie James Hetfield, Kirk Hammett, Lars Ulrich i Robert Trujillo. Za produkcję odpowiadają Greg Fidelman, Hetfield i Ulrich.
