Poczuj ciepło Bastille – “Warmth” (WIDEO)

Lubiana w Polsce formacja Bastille opublikowała nowe wideo.

Teledysk powstał do “Warmth” – jednego z najważniejszych numerów na ostatniej płycie kapeli. Wideo zarejestrowano podczas sesji muzyków w Capitol Studios.

– Dla nas “Warmth” to główna piosenka z “Wild World” – mówi frontman, Dan Smith.

– To numer o oglądaniu wiadomości i dostrzeganiu, że to, co dzieje się na świecie jest szalone i przytłaczające. Wyłączamy więc telewizje i zatracamy się w kimś, bo nie wiemy, jak inaczej odreagować. Gramy ten utwór od roku, a coraz bardziej wydaje się prawdziwy.

Klip, nakręcony z kwartetem smyczkowym, można obejrzeć poniżej.

Krążek “Wild World” ukazał się 9 września. Poprzedni longplay bandu to “Bad Blood” z 2013 roku.

– Nasz pierwszy album był o dorastaniu – wyjaśniał wcześniej wokalista i kompozytor materiału. – Drugi jest o próbie zrozumienia otaczającego nas świata. Chcieliśmy, że był trochę dezorientujący – introwertyczny i ekstrawertyczny, jasny i mroczny.

Muzykę Bastille cechują indiepopowe, podszyte taneczną elektroniką synthpopowe brzmienia. Wśród inspiracji wymieniają Reginę Spektor, Björk, Bon Ivera czy Kate Bush. Wydany w 2013 roku debiutancki album “Bad Blood” , zawierający takie przeboje jak “Pompeii”, “Flaws”, “Laura Palmer” i “Things We Lost In Fire” okazał się międzynarodowym fenomenem, a w Polsce krążek szybko pokrył się platyną.
