The Weeknd w końcu w Polsce. Amerykanin wystąpi na Open’erze

The Weeknd to trzeci ogłoszony headliner festiwalu Open’er, który odbędzie się między 28 czerwca a 1 lipca w Gdyni. Kanadyjski muzyk zaśpiewa na głównej scenie 30 czerwca.

O The Weekndzie zrobiło się głośno za sprawą mikstejpów, które wrzucił do sieci i nagrania “Wicked Games”.

Oficjalnie zadebiutował w 2013 roku albumem “Kiss Land”. Na drugi longplay “Beauty Behind the Madness” fani musieli czekać do 2015 roku. Zestaw pokrył się w USA platyną, a w ojczyźnie artysty podwójną platyną.

Artysta nagrał też przebój “Earned It” na ścieżkę muzyczną “Pięćdziesięciu twarzy Greya”. Współpracował z Drakiem, Arianą Grande, Sią czy Laną Del Rey.

Swój najnowszy album, “Starboy”, wydał 25 listopada. Wśród gości na płycie znaleźli się Kendrick Lamar, Daft Punk i Lana Del Rey. Poniżej można posłuchać nagrania tytułowego.
