Grimmie była uczestniczką jednej z edycji amerykańskiej wersji programu The Voice i została zastrzelona w czerwcu tego roku w Orlando, przez niezrównoważonego fana.
Miley Cyrus, Alicia Keys, Adam Levine i Blake Shelton to trenerzy w najnowszej edycji programu.
Do wspólnego występu doszło w minioną niedzielę, w trakcie odcinka inaugurującego 11 sezon programu.
