Aqua wraca na rocznicę hitu “Barbie Girl”

Trudno w to uwierzyć, ale przebój “Barbie Girl” ma już prawie 20 lat. Z tej okazji zespół Aqua postanowił się reaktywować.

Duńsko-norweska grupa planuje hucznie świętować nadchodzący jubileusz swego największego hitu. Eurodance’owa formacja zaplanowała trasą po Danii, która odbędzie się w przyszłym roku.

Utwór “Barbie Girl” był międzynarodowym hitem 1997 roku. Numer dotarł na szczyt list przebojów w Australii, Belgii, Danii, Francji, Włoszech, Irlandii, Norwegii, Szwecji czy Hiszpanii. Kawałek można przypomnieć sobie poniżej.

Zespół Aqua wydał trzy płyty: “Aquarium” (1997), “Aquarius” (2000) i “Megalomania” (2011). Żaden utwór grupy nie powtórzył sukcesu “Barbie Girl”.
