Zendaya zdementowała niektóre informacje dotyczące swej roli w filmie “Spider-Man: Homecoming”.
Kilka miesięcy temu w sieci pojawiła się wiadomość, iż Zendaya sportretuje Mary Jane Watson, ukochaną Petera Parkera/Spider-Mana. Do tej pory gwiazda milczała, ale teraz przyznała, że nie jest to prawda.
Co więcej, postać, którą zagra 20-latka nie będzie romantycznie związana z tytułowym bohaterem. Zendaya wcieli się w niejaką Michelle.

“Spider-Man: Homecoming” otwiera kolejny rozdział przygód Petera Parkera/Spider-Mana. W tytułowego bohatera wciela się Tom Holland.
Zendaya gra główną postać kobiecą. W obrazie występują również Marisa Tomei jako ciotka May, Robert Downey Jr. jako Tony Stark, Kenneth Choi jako nauczyciel Petera, a także Michael Barbieri, Tony Revolori, Laura Harrier oraz Donald Glover.

Za kamerą staje Jon Watts. Premiera obrazu “Spider-Man: Homecoming” planowana jest na 7 lipca 2017 roku.
Zendaya to także wokalistka. Na koncie ma jeden imienny longplay, który ukazał się we wrześniu 2013 roku. Gwiazda Disneya ostatnio występowała w serialu “K.C. Undercover”.
