U2 w trasie koncertowej z “The Joshua Tree”

Zespół U2 szykuje się do świętowania okrągłego jubileuszu albumu “The Joshua Tree”.

Z okazji 30-lecia wydania przełomowego dla irlandzkiej formacji krążka, muzycy planują serię specjalnych koncertów. Niewykluczone, iż podczas nadchodzącej trasy (wiosną mają grać USA, a później w Europie), Bono i spółka przypomną w całości płytę z 1987 roku.

Rockmani przymierzają się także do premiery kolejnego longplaya. Zestaw zatytułowany “Songs of Experience” ma ukazać się 2017 roku.

Przypomnijmy, że z “The Joshua Tree” pochodzą przeboje “Where the Streets Have No Name”, “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For” czy “With or Without You”. Ostatniego z nich można posłuchać poniżej.

Ostatnia płyta U2 to “Songs of Innocence” z września 2014 roku. W czerwcu 2016 roku ukazało się koncertowe wydawnictwo zespołu “iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE – Live In Paris”.
