Feist toczy taneczną bitwę (zobacz teledysk “Century”

Feist, którą w przyszłym miesiącu będzie można zobaczyć na OFF Festivalu, zaprezentowała klip do najnowszego singla “Century”.

W nowej piosence, jak i teledysku Feist gościnnie pojawia się Jarvis Cocker, frontman Pulp. Za reżyserię wideo odpowiada Scott Cudmore.

W filmiku widzimy Feist w roli przywódczyni grupy toczącej taneczną bitwę. Cocker nie tańczy. Mamy za to także zdjęcia kosmosu i komórek. Z efektem można zapoznać się poniżej.

Piosenka promuje album “Pleasure”, który miał premierę w kwietniu tego roku. Było to pierwsze dzieło artystki od 6 lat. W ramach promocji dzieła Feist w sierpniu wystąpi na OFF Festivalu w Katowicach.

Leslie Feist to kanadyjska artystka obecna na scenie od końca lat 90. W tym czasie wydała 4 płyty, w tym pokryty w jej ojczyźnie platyną “Let It Die” (2004) czy “The Reminder” (2007) nagrodzony Shortlist Music Prize.

Ostatnio Feist wspierała też kolegów z dawnego zespołu Broken Social Scene w pracy nad ich płytą. Jej poprzedni solowy longplay “Metals” z 2011 roku.
