Miesiąc przed premierą albumu “Sleep Well Beast”, The National zaprezentowali trzeci singel z zapowiadanego wydawnictwa. Piosenka nosi tytuł “Carin at the Liquor Store”.

“Carin at the Liquor Store” to napisana na pianino ballada, która brzmieniem przywołuje skojarzenia z poprzednim wydawnictwem formacji, “Trouble Will Find Me”. Wideo do piosenki wyreżyserował Casey Reas. Utworu można posłuchać tutaj.
