Na początku grudnia 2019 roku The Weeknd opublikował teledysk do piosenki „Heartless”, który został wyreżyserowany przez Antona Tammi. Klip “Blinding Lights” zaczyna się tam, gdzie skończył się poprzedni klip The Weeknda, “Heartless”.

Warto zauważyć, że po raz pierwszy utwór można było usłyszeć w kampanii reklamowej firmy Mercedes-Benz pt. “Enjoy Eletric”.
