Alma zaśpiewa w Warszawie

Fińska artystka Alma wystąpi 25 maja w warszawskim klubie Hydrozagadka.

Alma Sofia Miettinen pochodzi z Helsinek. To 21-letnia piosenkarka i songwriterka, która rozgłos w rodzinnym kraju zdobyła cztery lata temu, zdobywając wysoką pozycję w fińskiej edycji programu “Idol”.

W marcu ubiegłego roku podpisała kontrakt z wytwórnią Universal Music, pod której szyldem wydała pierwszy solowy singiel, “Karma”.

Utwór przyniósł Almie międzynarodową rozpoznawalność, którą spotęgował utwór “Bonfire” z Felixem Jaehnem. “Bonfire” podbił światowe listy przebojów, a klip osiągnął niemal 10 milionów odsłon na YouTube.

Media zaczęły stawiać Almę “pomiędzy Sia i Amy Winehouse”, ze względu na mocny, soulowy głos artystki i popowe aranżacje.

Nad debiutanckim albumem, którego premiera zapowiadana jest jeszcze w tym roku, pracowała m.in. z MNEK, Rudimental, Charlie XCX czy Sub Focus.

Majowy koncert w Warszawie będzie pierwszym występem artystki w Polsce.
