Akcja rozgrywa się podczas ślubu, który jednak nie jest typową romantyczną uroczystością.

Początki Bullet for My Valentine sięgają roku 1998 roku. Początkowo funkcjonowali jako Killed John i wykonywali głównie covery Metalliki i Nirvany. W październiku 2005 roku kapela wydała debiutancki album “The Poison” bardzo dobrze przyjęty przez krytykę i coraz liczniejszych fanów.
Prawdziwy sukces przyszedł wraz z drugim longplayem “Scream Aim Fire”, który miał premierę w styczniu 2008 roku. Krążek zadebiutował na czwartym miejscu na liście Billboard 200. Kapela w dorobku ma jeszcze trzy płyty “Fever” (2010), “Temper Temper” (2013) i “Venom” (2015).
